Field Services & Data Quality Workshop

Presentations represent an opportunity to share your successes and lessons learned with your vital records and health statistics colleagues.  We invite you to submit an abstract focusing on activities or projects related to field services and/or data quality.   

Please complete the form below to submit your abstract no later than May 30, 2025. You will be informed as to whether your abstract has been accepted by June 6, 2025. If your abstract is accepted, you will be provided with scheduling information at that time.
